We offer Standard Shipping for most orders. Your item will be delivered within 10-14 business days (for US domestic orders) and 15-20 business days (for international orders) after production is completed.

Standard Shipping:

More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, occasional delays may happen due to severe weather, foreign customs procedures, or an incorrect address.

Important Notes
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact the Modify or Cancel Order Center.

Modification orders may result in an additional 1-2 days of production time.

For orders shipped to PO Boxes, please ensure the correct zip code plus 4 or 5 digits is included in your shipping address.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can track your shipment in real time.

Ensure all delivery information is correct to avoid any delays. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may require us to contact you for updates, causing potential delays.

Customs clearance may also contribute to delays, especially for international shipments.
